The Secret to Building a Pipeline of Talent

It starts with outreach that doesn't put them to sleep

You might think of it as an “old warhorse” in your talent attraction arsenal, but a great outreach email is easily the most effective way to generate great candidates (without spending a dime).

If there was a sun in a recruiter’s and sourcer’s solar system, it would be email. Tools that help you find someone’s email address, tools to send more emails, tools that help you write emails; so much of what talent acquisition does hinges on great emailing.

So why do we get (and send) so many boring, bland, generic outreach messages????

Here’s a theory: we send boring messages because we freak out when faced with the blank page. When we can say anything, we have no idea what the right thing to say is.

So we’ve built a few models and a bunch of examples of emails that you can steal from to raise your game.

Just because email is a workhorse doesn’t mean you should treat it like an old mule.
